Refunds:
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping refunds are not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We do not refund shipping costs or any additional warranties that the customer may have added to their order.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at **Kontakt@purrpurr.se**. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is not covered by PurrPurr.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that PurrPurr does not cover return shipping costs. Also, note that tips are non-refundable.
