Delivery Times:

Processing Time: Orders may sometimes take 3–6 days to process after the order has been placed before they are shipped out. We do not ship on weekends.
Tracking Numbers: Once your items have been shipped, you should receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number. If you do not receive one or if the tracking number does not work, no worries. Contact us, and we will resolve it for you. Unexpected Delays: In some cases, delivery may take longer than the specified times above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will resolve the situation together.

We do not collect these in advance and cannot provide you with an estimate of the cost – fees vary around the world. Orders may be returned for various reasons, including unpaid customs duties, incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or refused, customers will be contacted and will need to pay for reshipping.
